After registering an account, go to thePlans pageselect a configuration and rental period, and after completing payment the system will send SSH credentials to your registered email within 10 minutes.
The automated scheduling system immediately allocates an available physical machine upon receiving an order, resets the OS, configures the network, and sends credentials. If delivery is not completed within 30 minutes due to our fault, the order will be automatically refunded in full — no application required.
We recommend selecting the node closest to your primary work location. For mainland China users, we recommendHong Kong; for Japan and Korea, we recommendTokyo / Seoul; for Southeast Asia, we recommendSingapore; for North America, we recommendUS East / US West。
Yes. Submit a configuration migration request from the console — upgrades and downgrades are both supported. The process typically completes within 24 hours, and your data will be synchronized to the new machine without requiring environment redeployment.
Team discounts are available for 5 or more machines, and enterprise agreements can be negotiated for 10 or more. Please email us at [email protected]with the required configuration and quantity, and we will typically reply with a quote within 24 hours.
Connection & Access

Log in to theconsole, find the corresponding machine in the instance list, and click the "VNC Direct Connect" button to access the macOS desktop directly in your browser — no local client installation required.
The console includes a built-in Web VNC client — no software installation needed; your browser provides full macOS desktop access. For a local client, we recommend RealVNC Viewer or Apple's built-in Screen Sharing. The connection address can be found on the instance details page.

Run
ssh-keygen -t ed25519locally to generate a key pair, then append the public key to the instance's~/.ssh/authorized_keysto enable passwordless login. It is also recommended to disable password authentication to improve security.Billing & Payments

After termination, the system automatically performs a DoD 5220.22-M standard disk wipe with 3 overwrite passes, making recovery impossible. Premium plans can request an erasure audit report. Please back up any important data before terminating your rental.

Yes. You have full macOS administrator privileges and can install any legitimate software, including Xcode, Docker Desktop, Unity, and more. Note that Xcode is approximately 15 GB — we recommend choosing a storage plan of 512 GB or larger.

Minor macOS updates can be performed through System Settings. For downgrades or fresh reinstallations, submit a "System Reset" request from the console and we will complete it within 4 hours. Note that a reset will erase all data.
Account Management

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. The system will send a password reset link (valid for 30 minutes). If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact [email protected]。
First terminate all running instances and back up your important data, then send an email to [email protected]stating your intention to cancel. An engineer will assist you with account closure and data removal within 1 business day.
