This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") is formulated and independently interpreted by NodeMini Global and all of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, and holding companies (collectively "NodeMini," "we," or "this Platform"). This Policy applies to all individuals and entities who access or use NodeMini services through any channel (including but not limited to the official website, API, mobile, third-party integrations, and partner channels).

This Policy takes effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.Where mandatory laws in your jurisdiction conflict with this Policy, NodeMini will make adjustments only to the minimum extent strictly required by law. All remaining provisions of this Policy continue to apply in full.

This Policy applies to: (a) all visitors who access any NodeMini webpage or digital product; (b) registered users who hold an account; (c) customers who have purchased or subscribed to any paid plan; (d) developers who integrate with the Platform via API; (e) end users who access the Platform indirectly through resellers, partners, or white-label arrangements.

To deliver, maintain, optimize, and protect NodeMini services, and to preserve the commercial interests of the Platform, we systematically collect your information across multiple scenarios.

• Network Identifiers:IP address (IPv4/IPv6), ASN, geolocation (accurate to city level), ISP and network operator information.
• Device and Environment Information:Operating system, browser fingerprint, device model, screen resolution, time zone, system language, list of installed plugins.
• Detailed Access Logs:Page URLs, dwell time, click paths, referral links, on-site search keywords, feature usage frequency.
• Connection Metadata:Timestamps for SSH/VNC/API connection establishment and termination, source IP, authentication method, authentication result, session duration, data transfer volume.
• Instance Performance Metrics:CPU, memory, disk I/O, network traffic, and process inventory (name and PID) — used for billing reconciliation, compliance review, and platform optimization.
• Behavioral and Preference Data:Feature usage patterns, operation sequences, and settings change history — used for personalized recommendations and product development.

• Payment Processors:Transaction status, risk scores, chargeback records, and credit assessment data.
• Anti-Fraud and Security Providers:Device risk scores, IP reputation ratings, and account association analysis results.
• Compliance Databases:Sanctions list screening, PEP screening, and AML compliance data — used to meet regulatory requirements.
• Commercial Information Sources:Publicly available company registration information, legal documents, and related business intelligence — used for customer background checks.

NodeMini uses your data for the following purposes.This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.NodeMini reserves the right to use data for any purpose reasonably associated with the business of this Platform.

• Account creation, identity verification, access management, and instance configuration and delivery.
• Billing, invoicing, payment collection, and billing dispute resolution.
• Service status monitoring, automated failure recovery, and SLA assurance.
• Technical support response and service quality improvement.

• Real-time detection and blocking of attacks and anomalous access behavior targeting the infrastructure.
• Identification and handling of accounts that violate the Terms of Service, including but not limited to mining, attacks, and spam.
• Comprehensive access log retention for the Platform and all rented instances to support security incident investigation and traceability.
• Cooperating with investigation requests from law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies with legitimate jurisdiction.

• Statistical analysis and machine learning modeling of usage data to guide product roadmap planning.
• A/B testing, user experience optimization, and personalized content recommendations.
• Using anonymized or aggregated data for commercial insight reports, industry research, and external data partnerships, including providing data analytics services to partners.

NodeMini may send you product updates, promotional activities, partner promotions, and personalized advertisements via email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.Your registration constitutes explicit consent to the above communications.Opting out only affects marketing emails. Service operation notifications are not affected by opt-out.

• Responding to court orders, government subpoenas, and mandatory data requests from regulatory bodies.
• Protecting the legal rights and interests of NodeMini in any judicial proceedings, arbitration, or administrative procedures.
• Retaining financial transaction records and user access logs as required by applicable law.

NodeMini may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances without obtaining your separate prior consent (your use of the service constitutes general authorization for all provisions of this section):

• Payment Processing:Stripe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and others — for transaction processing and risk control checks.
• Cloud Infrastructure:AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and others — hosting portions of the Platform backend services.
• Email and Communication Services:SendGrid and others — for system notifications and marketing delivery.
• Security and CDN Services:Cloudflare and others — for attack protection and acceleration.
• Data Analytics and Advertising Platforms:Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and others — for user behavior analysis and advertising performance measurement.
• Compliance and Anti-Fraud Providers:KYC/AML databases, device fingerprinting providers, and others.

• Responding to data requests issued by any authority with competent jurisdiction, including but not limited to court orders, government subpoenas, and law enforcement cooperation requests.
• When NodeMini receives such a request, it may comply and disclose directlywithout notifying you. The law imposes no mandatory notification obligation in such cases.
• To prevent, investigate, or prosecute any unlawful conduct, or to protect the legal rights and interests of NodeMini and its affiliates.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, spin-off, asset sale, or bankruptcy reorganization, all your data (including personal information) may be transferred to the assignee as part of a commercial asset,without requiring your separate consent. The assignee's subsequent processing of such data in accordance with this Policy is unrestricted.

NodeMini may provide anonymized aggregated data, industry insight reports, and usage trend datato commercial partners, research institutions, or advertisersfor market research, product development, or targeted advertising. Such data is technically no longer directly associated with you, and NodeMini requires no further disclosure for such uses.

NodeMini makes extensive use of cookies, pixel tracking, device fingerprinting, local storage, and similar technologies. By accessing this Platform you are deemed to have consented to the use of such technologies.

To the extent provided by applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information.Please note that all rights are subject to substantive limitations under this Policy and applicable law, and are not absolute.

NodeMini reserves the right to independently assess the reasonableness of requests, and may charge an administrative processing fee or refuse to respond to abusive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded requests.Submitting a rights request does not affect NodeMini's continued use of Service Data and Derived Data.

NodeMini processes data across multiple global data centers and cloud service providers. Your personal information may be transferred, processed, and stored in jurisdictions outside your country or region.By using this service, you are deemed to have explicitly consented to the cross-border transfer of your data, including transfer to any country or region with which NodeMini has a legitimate business relationship, regardless of the data regulatory framework of such regions.

NodeMini independently selects the geographic locations for data processing and storage based on business needs and reserves the right to change such locations at any time without notifying you. NodeMini makes no commitment to provide data localization services for users in any region, nor does it make any compliance guarantees to you regarding cross-border transfers.

• Continuous Resource Usage Monitoring:Real-time metrics including CPU, memory, disk I/O, and network bandwidth are continuously collected for billing reconciliation, resource scheduling, and service quality assurance.Data is retained permanently.。
• Network Traffic Metadata Analysis:Connection-layer metadata (source/destination IP, port, protocol, data volume) is monitored to detect prohibited traffic patterns, including port scanning, DDoS initiation, and dark web connections.
• Process Inventory Collection:Process names, PIDs, and startup parameters are collected at regular intervals (minimum every 1 minute) to detect mining programs, cyberattack tools, and other prohibited software.
• SSH/VNC Connection Logs:Complete connection metadata (timestamps, source IP, authentication results, session duration) is recorded and retained for a minimum of 365 days.

When the Platform detects any of the following, NodeMini may initiate an enhanced security audit on the affected instancewithout prior notice. The audit scope includes but is not limited to session content recording:

• Initiating port scanning, DDoS attacks, or other cyberattack activities against external targets.
• Mass sending of spam, phishing emails, or malicious content.
• Running any form of cryptocurrency mining program (except where separately authorized in writing).
• Anomalous instance traffic or resource usage behavior that deviates from normal baseline beyond threshold.
• Receipt of a valid complaint from a third party regarding DMCA infringement, cyberattacks, or violations.
• Receipt of an investigation or cooperation directive from any judicial authority or regulatory body.
• Other circumstances where the NodeMini internal security team determines, based on professional judgment, that an abnormal risk exists.

NodeMini reserves the following rights without incurring any liability for compensation:Upon finding evidence of violations in any monitoring activity, immediately suspend or permanently terminate the relevant instance and account, withhold remaining prepaid fees, and submit relevant data to law enforcement authorities. NodeMini bears no responsibility for any resulting user data loss or business interruption.

The NodeMini service is available only to adults aged 18 or above who have full civil capacity. If you are a minor, please stop using the service immediately.

If NodeMini discovers that it has collected data from a minor, it will take steps to address this, butthis may result in immediate termination of the relevant account and forfeiture of all fees paidas a consequence of violating the registration terms. NodeMiniexpressly excludesall liability for data security incidents in the following circumstances:

• Account credential breaches caused by your own actions (including but not limited to poor password management, device compromise, clicking phishing links, or sharing your account with others).
• Force majeure events beyond the reasonable control of NodeMini (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government prohibitions, and large-scale cyberattacks).
• Data incidents caused by a third-party service provider's own system vulnerabilities or attacks, including payment institutions, cloud service providers, and security service providers.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) or use of a weak password.
• Security incidents caused by any "zero-day vulnerability," undisclosed security vulnerability, or known vulnerability exploited before public disclosure.
• Losses arising from any monitoring, audit, suspension, or termination actions that NodeMini is entitled to take under this Policy or the Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NodeMinibears no liability for compensationin connection with any claim under this Policy, including but not limited to direct losses, indirect losses, incidental losses, special losses, punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, data loss, and business interruption, regardless of the cause of such losses or whether NodeMini was advised of the possibility of such losses. If the mandatory laws of a jurisdiction do not permit complete exclusion of liability, NodeMini's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of that jurisdiction. In any event, NodeMini shall not be obligated to provide more than token remedies to any party under this Policy.

All data processing and privacy protection services provided by NodeMini are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or absolute data security.

NodeMini reserves the absolute right to modify, supplement, replace, or entirely revoke any provision of this Policy at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.Revised policies take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

For changes that NodeMini subjectively deems to constitute a "material change," we may (but are not obligated to) notify you via your registered email or platform announcements. Whether or not actual notice is provided does not affect the legal validity of the revised Policy.

The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Policy shall beexclusively governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding any conflict-of-law rules.

Your use of this service is deemed a waiver of your right to resolve disputes related to this Policy through litigation.For any dispute arising under this Policy, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through written negotiation (negotiation period: 15 business days). If negotiation fails, the dispute shall bemandatorily submitted tothe Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration under its then-current rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and non-appealable.

You expressly and irrevocably waive the right to hold NodeMini liable through class actions, class arbitration, or any representative proceedings.All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

Regardless of the limitation period provided by applicable law, you must bring any claim within6 monthsof the occurrence of the event giving rise to the dispute. Any claim brought after this period is deemed permanently waived.

Investigation findings, administrative penalty decisions, or rectification orders from any data protection regulatory authority do not automatically constitute grounds for NodeMini's civil liability to you or any third party, nor may they be directly cited as evidence against NodeMini in arbitration proceedings.
